“Ixchel is a gift for our time. Our work together transitioned me from a path of should-ing and burn out to tuning into my deepest call and making space for it. The principles of flow Ixchel teaches are magical, rebellious and life changing. Their presence alone had a way of bringing me into deeper alignment with myself every time we met.
“For anyone called to unhook from old systems and bring forth work from a deeper place within, Ixchel is a pioneer, an inspiration and incredible guide.”

Charlice Hurst
Founder, Decision Alchemy
“Working with Ixchel, I found the deep clarity I needed to move forward. They taught me how to let my body lead me to the answers that were right for me.
“Ixchel's guidance is a mix of practical and mystical, providing tools and insight.
“I highly recommend Ixchel to anyone looking to operate from their inner wisdom and bring a sacred vision into reality.”

In order to understand the container I've created, it is helpful to revisit the JEDI (akin to Diversity Equity Inclusion, and Belonging) model that guides me in leading a container.
JUSTICE-CENTERING
When you walk a Japanese garden you understand the restitution of the nervous system as Justice. Restitution is born from tending relationship to Earth’s garden beauty.
Justice doesn’t have a feeling. It’s neutral. Justice-centering is an action, a realignment with the Cosmos back to stasis, a cultural restoration.
What does justice-centering feel like? It is joy that comes in making connection to ensure the world a safer place for all. “Safety is not a lack of threat [injustice]. Safety is the presence of connection.” - Dr. Gabor Maté’s synthesis of Dr. Stephen Porges.
These containers are about making connections to develop safety for repair. The daily practices you keep are where the tending and repair happens in your life. The container is where you can reflect on that in brave connection.
EMERGENCE
What is Emergence? “Emergence is the way complex systems and patterns arise out of a multiplicity of relatively simple interactions [relations]” — adrienne maree brown quoting Nick Obolenksy.
When we appreciate how systems work, the riotous beauty that happens at the edge of two systems, we can get a sense of what Emergence looks like. This way of knowing goes beyond ecology, equity, and equality to accept the Emergence of all relationships (human, other living, non-living energies) through differences, a necessary process of evolution.
Current human-centered social constructs of equity, diversity and inclusion are insufficient. Instead we must de-center humans, re-center natural systems, and include Indigenous ways of being to resolve the current imbalance.
When we re-center Indigenous ways of being in collective, individual problems can be witnessed through a collective eye and heart. We discover the challenges we face are not ours alone, and can collectively craft response-ability for dismantling and shifting systems of late-stage capitalism.
DECOLONIZE
Colonization is systematic genocide, domination, extraction, and severing of Indigenous inhabitants — all life — from the land. Adding diversity to colonialism is does nothing.
Decolonizing is restoring relationship of all life to Earth. If you’re not decolonizing, you’re not going to be justice-centering, emerging or interconnecting. The decolonial work happens in your daily practice of including the world around you in your rituals, to be in relationship with non-human through Movement, Mindfulness and Resonance practices as you find a sit spot or a path where you watch the seasons unfold.
INTERBEING
Emergence begets interconnection. adrienne mare brown elucidates, “In the framework of emergence, the whole is a mirror of the parts. Existence is fractal — the health of the cell is the health of the species and the planet.”Ecophilosopher Glenn Albrecht calls it eutierria — oneness with Earth.
My mentor, Joanna Macy pulled the Buddhist thread of Interbeing in describing the mutual causality of natural systems (of which we are a part).
When your Flow state is interacting outside yourself group Flow can emerge. This experience of group Flow is the closest thing I can point to to describe what Interbeing feels like. You'll know it when you see it.
Queering Rhythm is designed for people who hold responsibility for others, creative work, or community spaces.
You belong here if you are:
➔ Running a business or practice
➔ Holding leadership or stewardship in an organization
➔ Creating body-of-work projects such as books, podcasts, art, or movement spaces
You do not have to be an entrepreneur. You do need to be holding something that asks for your Time, care, and leadership, and you need to be willing to look at how colonial time has shaped that.
If you seek a group container, Wild Presence is the longer, collective pathway for those who later want community practice or want to facilitate this work in their own containers.
Plan for:
• 2 60-minute calls per month for good momentum
• 15–30 minutes on most days for small, adaptive practices that you tailor to your capacity
The work is designed for somatic honesty. You are invited to move at your rhythm, not perform for the curriculum.
No. Wild Presence is a somatic, decolonial practice space. It centers rhythm, capacity, and relationship with Time, Earth, and community.
This container:
• Supports you to notice how colonial time lives in your body
• Helps you shift your patterns of urgency, over-functioning, and extraction
• Teaches you scope and referral so you know when to bring in clinical or lineage-specific support
It does not replace therapy, medical care, or lineage healing work. If trauma material surfaces, we invite you to honor your pace and seek support that is appropriate to your context.
• Anyone that hasn't begun to unpack their privilege.
• Anyone who gets rubbed the wrong way from the descriptors of who this is for.
• Anyone unwilling to engage decolonial reflection on Time, leadership, and power.
• Anyone that hasn't watched one of my Decolonizing Time interviews or know of my work.
• Anyone that doesn't know the characteristics of white supremacy culture, (please go spend some time with that work now).
If any of these are you, you could still join if this feels like a fit, but you’ll to become curious, more open, do some homework through the links above and book a Rhythm Connection Call to discuss where you're feeling a growth edge that I must be aware of.
No. You do not need an active spiritual path or detailed ancestral records to be here.
We work with:
• Everyday Animism and Time Ecology in secular, consent-first ways
• Practices that include the land, elements, and seasonal cycles where you live
• A decolonial lens that respects cultural boundaries and sends lineage repair work to dedicated containers
You are invited to be in relationship with place, body, and Time in ways that match your history, culture, and capacity.
This is intentionally designed to be slow, spacious, and non-performative.
You won’t be asked to keep up with hustle-paced content or complete every single thing. You’ll be invited to move at your rhythm, with 1:1 calls at your pace, optional practices based on your lived experience, and plenty of grace. Rest is not a failure, it’s part of the path.
Flexible and Daily cadence means that I will be available by voice and text every business day Monday-Friday. You can message me anytime, and I will check my messages a few times a day and answer your questions.
There are several reasons this is better than a weekly 60-minute Zoom call.
➔ You and I can talk whenever and wherever and harness more creativity.
➔ We can process situations in the moment (or within 24hours) versus catching up about it later when the emotion has dissipated.
➔ I can help you with decisions or insights as they come up!
➔ There is less pressure to make sure we get through everything in one hour.
➔ We can chat either live back and forth, or leave messages for each other for later.
➔ Get my eyes on your offerings, website, or marketing copy.
➔ Receive feedback on your weekly anumis (focused passions).
➔ Request Astrological or Human Design transit analysis.
Because you will receive my proprietary curriculum and this is live coaching, there are no refunds for this program. You are making a commitment.
/sniffs/ I’m sad that you’re already thinking about this 🥺.
Haha, with all jokes aside, Queering Rhythm is LIVE with me, and while I can’t offer a money-back guarantee, you do get my 100% Focus Guarantee: “When you book Time with me, you get my 100% undivided attention and focus.” (h/t Mai-see Tsang for this brilliance)
